SmartLinx3's objective is to establish an open, competitive, high-bandwidth telecommunications infrastructure available to the communities and cities within the jurisdiction of Hutt City Council, Porirua City Council and Upper Hutt City Council so as to create economic and social opportunities for those communities through community and global connectedness.
